Business Agreement

1. Eligibility & Ownership Verification
- Businesses must be majority-owned by a verified firefighter, spouse, or retiree.
- False or misleading claims of firefighter ownership will result in account suspension or listing
removal.
2. Business Listing Requirements
- Listings must include: business name, logo, type, category, description, contact information, and
location. - Businesses must maintain accurate and professional listings. False advertising, or misuse of
firefighter branding will not be tolerated.
3. Conduct & Community Standards
- Listings must reflect the professionalism and integrity of the firefighting community.
- Businesses may not post discriminatory, illegal, or harmful content.
4. Insurance & Indemnification
- Firefighter-owned businesses are encouraged to carry active liability insurance. By submitting a listing, the business confirms compliance with local business licensing and insurance requirements.
- Business owners agree to indemnify and hold harmless Firehouse Flyer from all claims, losses, or liabilities related to their listings or interactions with members.
5. Review, Reverification & Listing Management
- Firehouse Flyer reserves the right to review, pause, or remove listings at any time.
- Businesses may be asked to reverify ownership, licensing, or insurance documentation periodically.
- Listings that create reputational, legal, or safety risks may be immediately removed.
6. Acceptance
By submitting a business listing to Firehouse Flyer, the owner agrees to:
- All platform Terms of Service and Code of Conduct.
- Maintain professionalism, transparency, and integrity in all interactions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and community standards.
