Host Agreement 
Effective Date: January 2026 V.1
1. Host Responsibility
- Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of all listings, calendar updates, property descriptions, and
availability. - Hosts must ensure compliance with local, state, and federal rental regulations.
- Firehouse Flyer does not inspect or mediate properties.
2. Verification & Eligibility
- Hosts must be verified firefighter members or their approved spouse.
- Hosts must personally own or operate the listed property.
3. Insurance Requirement
- Hosts confirm that their listed property is covered by appropriate short-term rental insurance.
- Hosts are encouraged to carry liability coverage.
- Firehouse Flyer may request proof of insurance if a dispute or complaint arises.
4. Indemnification
- Hosts agree to indemnify and hold harmless Firehouse Flyer and its affiliates from all liability,
damages, claims, or disputes arising from: - Rental agreements
- Property conditions
- Guest conduct or safety incidents
5. Dispute Resolution & Conduct
- Hosts must resolve renter disputes directly and in good faith.
- Firehouse Flyer may remove listings or restrict account access if hosts violate conduct policies.
6. Listing Standards
- Listings must not be false, misleading, discriminatory, or outdated.
- Hosts must keep availability accurate and honor confirmed bookings.
- Illegal content or pricing tactics are grounds for removal.
7. Review & Reporting
- Firehouse Flyer reserves the right to investigate complaints, review host performance, and remove
listings or accounts that: - Jeopardize platform trust
- Repeatedly violate terms
- Create legal risk for members or the platform
8. Compliance and Acknowledgment
- Hosts acknowledge that all verification information provided is truthful and accurate.
- Misrepresentation or false documentation may result in immediate termination.
- Hosts agree to comply with Firehouse Flyer’s Code of Conduct and community standards.
