Professionalism and Integrity
All members of Firehouse Flyer are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism, honesty, and
integrity. Members represent the firefighting community and must uphold the standards of respect, trust,
and accountability that define the brotherhood.

Honesty and Accuracy
Members must provide accurate and truthful information when verifying their firefighter status, posting
listings, or conducting transactions. Misrepresentation of identity, credentials, or property details is strictly
prohibited and may result in termination or legal action.

Respectful Engagement
Treat all members with respect and courtesy in all communications and interactions. Harassment,
discrimination, hate speech, or inflammatory content will not be tolerated.

Legal and Ethical Use
Members must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. Listings for illegal, hazardous, or
fraudulent items are strictly prohibited. Members assume full responsibility for their listings, transactions,
and conduct on the platform.

Privacy and Security
Respect the privacy of others. Do not share personal or verification information without explicit consent.
Report suspicious or fraudulent behavior immediately to Firehouse Flyer support.

Accountability
Members are responsible for the actions of linked spouse accounts. The verified firefighter is
ultimately responsible for maintaining accurate account status and ensuring sub-users remain in good
standing.

Verification Integrity
By completing verification, members affirm that the information provided is accurate and truthful.
Impersonating or falsely claiming firefighter status is a serious offense and may constitute a felony under
applicable laws.

Enforcement
Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in suspension, removal, or permanent termination of
membership. Firehouse Flyer reserves the right to investigate and take action to protect the integrity of its
community.

By joining Firehouse Flyer, members agree to uphold the values of honesty, professionalism, and
